Great majorly of as-built spool surveys are interpreted from point clouds. Some applications require higher accuracy deliverable for that we offer special Total Station measurements services. Total station is controlled remotely with ATR sensors by a software along with dedicated devices holding the prism, thanks to this setup a job can be conduced by one surveyor.
Spool inspection drawings and rapports can be generated from the same software, they include flange the flange alignment and bolt-hole rotation as well as full material lists.
The very same software can be used to control fabrication process in the workshop, to ensure that the integrity with design. Whole workflow is being presented on the video below
